The unrelenting tropical storms over the past few days allowed very few faithful of the Parish Community of St Fotini in Ponte-Noire to come to the adjacent Holy Chapel of St Luke the Doctor, Archbishop of Crimea, which is under construction, where the Service of the Akathist Hymn was conducted with solemnity.
